Merchant Protocol LLC ("Merchant Protocol," "we," "us") publishes Sulla Desktop and operates sulladesktop.com and Sulla Cloud. This policy explains what these products process and the choices you have.

1. The short version

• Sulla Desktop runs on your computer. Its memory, workflows, files, and locally stored credentials stay on that computer unless you choose a feature that sends or syncs them elsewhere.
• You choose the AI provider. Requests sent to Anthropic, OpenAI, xAI/Grok, Google, or a local Ollama model are handled under that provider's terms and privacy policy.
• Signing in to a Sulla Cloud account authenticates you. Desktop-to-Cloud data sync is a separate, opt-in choice.
• We do not sell personal information.

2. Information Sulla Desktop handles locally

Sulla Desktop stores the information needed to work for you on your own computer, including memory, workflows, files, settings, and integration credentials. Credentials are stored in the local encrypted vault. Sulla Server is customer-hosted and may be operated without an internet connection when configured with a local model.

3. Information sent outside your computer

AI requests. The text and context needed to answer a request goes to the AI provider you select. If you choose a hosted provider, that provider receives and processes the request. You contract with and pay that provider directly. A local Ollama model can process requests locally.

Authorized integrations. When you connect a third-party account, Sulla sends the information required to perform the action you requested. The third party's terms and privacy practices apply.

Sulla Cloud. Account details such as your email address and authentication records are processed to create and secure your account. Desktop data is uploaded only for sync categories you turn on. You can turn sync off; copies already synced remain subject to the Cloud controls available to you and applicable retention obligations.

Updates. The auto-updater checks for available Sulla Desktop releases and necessarily sends ordinary network information, such as your IP address, to the update host.

4. What Sulla Desktop sends to us

Sulla Desktop sends us limited product usage and diagnostic information when the Share anonymous usage statistics setting is enabled in the app's Privacy settings. We use this information to keep the app working, fix crashes, and understand active use:

• Installation events: that the app was installed, along with the app version and operating system/platform.
• Daily sign-in and usage activity: that the app was opened or used on a given day, tied to your Sulla account when you are signed in.
• Crash reports: diagnostic data about crashes, which may include device and app details and error logs. The content of your files, memory, chats, and vault is not intentionally included.
• Update checks: your app version and platform, so we can find available updates.

You can disable this sharing through the Share anonymous usage statistics setting in Sulla Desktop's Privacy settings. If you have questions or want to contact us about this data, email [email protected].

5. Website information and analytics

When you visit sulladesktop.com, our hosting providers receive standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested page, and time. The site uses Google Analytics (measurement ID G-7G0D5BQCN1), which may use cookies or similar technology to measure visits and usage. Google processes that information under its own terms. You can use browser controls or content blockers to limit analytics.

If you submit a support, contact, account, purchase, or marketplace form, we process the details you provide to answer the request or provide the service.

6. How we use and share information

We use information to provide and secure Sulla Desktop, Sulla Cloud, the website, support, updates, paid plans, and marketplace/use-case features; diagnose problems; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. We share information only with processors needed for those purposes, providers and integrations you authorize, or when required by law or a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Retention and security

Local data remains on your computer until you remove it. Cloud and website records are kept as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, secure it, meet accounting or legal duties, and resolve disputes. We use administrative and technical safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure.

8. Your choices and rights

• Choose a local model or a hosted AI provider.
• Connect or disconnect integrations.
• Choose whether and what Desktop data to sync with Sulla Cloud.
• Use browser controls to limit website cookies and analytics.
• Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing [email protected]. California residents may also use our California privacy request page.

9. Children

These services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
