Solutions

Use AI on sensitive work, with less to explain.

Sulla helps regulated teams use AI while controlling data flow, model choice, credentials and human approvals. Keep client and patient data on your machines, choose where AI requests go, and put a human approval in front of anything that leaves. We’ll help you deploy in a way that supports your compliance program.

The problem

What teams tell us

“Compliance said no.”

“We need client consent before using a public AI tool on their file.”

“We need to show who did what.”

What we do

Set it up around your rules.

We map data flows with your compliance lead, choose a provider you have approved or a local model, and build reviewable workflows with approvals. Your counsel or assessor can review the deployment plan.

How it works

A controlled path from idea to working AI.

01

Review data flows

Map which data each workflow touches and where it goes.

02

Choose a model path

Use an approved provider or a local model.

03

Build approvals

Put a person’s approval before outward actions.

04

Hand over documentation

Support your policy, WISP or risk assessment with clear data-flow notes.

Who it’s for

Built for work that matters.

Healthcare practices, law firms, accounting and tax, financial advisors, insurers, government, defense contractors and schools.

What you can count on
  • Approval steps can be placed anywhere in a workflow.
  • Run state is saved after each step.
  • Workflows are plain YAML that your team can review and version.
  • We support your compliance program; we do not claim that software alone makes an organization compliant.
FAQ

Straight answers.

Is Sulla HIPAA compliant?

No software is compliant on its own. Compliance depends on how you deploy it and the agreements you hold with vendors. We’ll help you set Sulla up so that patient data stays on your machines or goes only to a provider you have an agreement with.

Can our lawyers use it on client matters?

Your bar’s rules decide that. Many firms keep client data in-house and use a model they’ve vetted. We’ll set it up that way. This is not legal advice.

Do you have SOC 2?

No.

Is it CMMC or 800-171 ready?

We engineer toward NIST SP 800-171, but we’re not certified. Your assessor decides scope.

Who sees the AI requests?

Only the cloud model provider you choose, or nobody outside your network if you use a local model with Sulla Server and lock the deployment down to no internet access.
